The worldwide supply of electronic components must be described as very difficult due to the known circumstances. Of course, this procurement problem also affects functional model construction, currently the Bluetooth modules for our Commander HF antennas.
Of course, we have concluded long-term framework agreements with our suppliers in order to avoid precisely this problem. Unfortunately, our supplier had to repeatedly postpone the confirmed delivery dates, currently from March 2023 to September 2023!

Of course, we cannot and do not want to keep our customers waiting for so long.

The only way to bridge this period was to switch to another available Bluetooth module. However, this requires a so-called redesign, which means that our software developer has to adapt the software, a new circuit board has to be created and extensive tests have to be carried out in order to be able to guarantee upward and downward compatibility with all Commander systems. This process is extremely expensive, and we will of course bear these costs. However, the new or alternative Bluetooth modules are more than twice as expensive due to the current price developments.

In view of the circumstances mentioned, we can now offer our customers the new Commander HF antennas at a price of €180 including VAT. The additional price results exclusively from the higher procurement prices!
If you are waiting for an antenna module that has already been paid for and would like to take advantage of this offer, you only have to pay the difference of €80.00 incl. VAT.

We can assure you that we are busy every day to ensure the availability of all ScaleART products in a customer-oriented manner. So far we have always succeeded, but we also have to put up with the fact that many suppliers use the situation to increase prices almost every day, even if this is not always understandable.
