General

The shipping costs are calculated based on weight or volume. For the shipment of complete models, kits and components abroad, we offer you delivery via Deutsche Post AG / DHL or UPS. The shipping costs and modalities for DHL and Deutsche Post AG can be found below.

Payment by bank transfer

When ordering in advance, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email with details of our bank details. Your order will be processed after receipt of your payment.

Payment by PayPal

When ordering via PayPal, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email from us and, once payment has been made, a payment confirmation from PayPal. Your order will be processed after receipt of your payment.
