The true-to-original, complex design and manufacture of the trailers begins with their strong and resilient backbone, the chassis.
This is made entirely of brass as a ladder frame, depending on the version with two or three axes which are spring-loaded with air bellows.
Of course, our trailers really have all the details that should be expected from a perfect model, so that the basic equipment can be listed as follows:

Ball-bearing aluminum rims turned from the solid all around (incl. Spare wheel); Wide tires; Storage boxes; electric trailer supports with toothed belt drive; Brass wheel cover; Impact protection; Rear portal doors with original espagnolette locks; optionally fully functional roller shutter; Bumper with splash guard and 6-chamber LED lighting; adjustable king pin
