Meiller Halfpipe 3-axle tipping semi-trailer basic kit

This original replica of a 3-axle semi-trailer is based, like the 4-axle tipper, on original Meiller construction plans. A prototypical brass ladder frame, also provided with axle suspensions corresponding to the large original, and multi-part aluminum rims, forms the strong basis of this tipper semitrailer.

In this way, ideally equipped for heavy construction work, this trailer still pampers you with all the details that give such a model, beyond the driving, work and light functions, the optically perfect finishing touch.

That of the trailer is made of 0.8 mm thick brass sheet, which, according to the large model, is given its massive semicircular shape by repeatedly folding the side walls and the floor.

A continuous angle profile on both sides, which is soldered to the bottom and side wall and forms a closed box, additionally increases the stability of the double-walled tipping bridge. The pendulum rear wall is equipped with an automatic claw lock, which guarantees original unloading and later safe locking.
