The hydraulic connection nipples from ScaleART are an absolute novelty!

In contrast to the previous and commercially available connection nipples, these are not made of brass but of stainless steel! This enables higher tightening torques, which in turn guarantee greater durability, reliability and tightness of the connections. Quickly loosening or over-tightening threads are a thing of the past!

The visually and technically very cleanly manufactured components offer another and decisive advantage:

The union nuts that replace the previous sleeves can be easily assembled using a thread and, above all, disassembled again. In this way, installed hoses can be pulled off the hydraulic nipple again without damage and used again without having to shorten them.

All connection nipples, regardless of whether they are for 2mm, 3mm or 4mm hose, have an M3 connection thread. With the two sleeve screws available, short and long, double connections (see picture) can also be implemented.

The simple assembly is made possible by tools that have been specially developed for assembly and resemble a ring / open-end wrench. Sandpaper etc completely!
