The Mercedes-Benz round bonnet is more than 30 years old, in fact twice as old, over 60 years! A Mercedes compromise solution that developed into a success story. For almost 40 years, they shaped road traffic, not only in Germany but all over the world. Its distinguishing feature - the rounded and compact hood.

A compromise was made between the earlier long bonnets and the modern front-wheel drive vehicles. An estimated 650,000 complete vehicles were built by 1996, with a final series of 60 units in the last year of production, before production was finally discontinued after 37 years.

Naturally, this unmistakable character of the Mercedes round bonnet joins our Classic-Line and will also be available in a limited edition of 50 units. A certificate of authenticity with an identified model number rounds off your collector's item in terms of exclusivity.
